Using Tips

  • Ensure that a person is always present to closely monitor the machine throughout the laser engraving and cutting process.
  • When not in use, store plywood in sealed bags to maintain a stable moisture level. The sealed bag helps slow down both moisture absorption and moisture loss, reducing the risk of deformation caused by humidity changes.
  • Please make sure to remove the protective film from the acrylic surface before processing.
  • For processing items such as stainless steel tags, PU iron-on patches, or aluminum cards, we strongly recommend using a Laser Grid Panel to ensure a smoother engraving process. If a Laser Grid Panel is unavailable, you can densely arrange the Laser Slats Pack before laser engraving and place the stainless steel tag on top of them.
